Sparplan
Also: ETF Savings Plan, ETF Sparplan
A Sparplan (German for "savings plan") is a recurring investment of a fixed amount — usually monthly — into the same security or ETF. Sparpläne use cost averaging: more shares are bought when prices are low, fewer when prices are high. They are the most common long-term wealth-building tool for German retail investors and are typically set up as ETF Sparplan or Aktiensparplan (single-stock savings plan).
